It's that time of year again! The dates for the fair are Nov 29th and 30th.
Online registration for vendors is closed. We are accepting paid applications at our Smithers Secondary School office.
It is that time of year again to register for your tables. The Fair will be held on November 29th & November 30th, 2019.
As per District policy the gymnasium will not be available for the 2019 SSS Christmas Craft Fair. I have attached a map showing the hallways and locations that will be made available for use. As in previous years, vendors that have been located in hallways or lobby will have first choice to book a table location there again with their paid registration.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, and Debit in the SSS Main Office. A receipt will be issued at the time of payment, completing the registration process. Table(s) will be reserved at this time.
The Deadline for early registration cost of $35 per table is October 18th, the table cost will increase to $40 per table after this date.
At the end of the online submission a pop up window will appear that your registration has been received. The table(s) will be reserved for you when I have received your payment at the SSS Main Office.

Smithers Secondary Craft Fair - Information
November 29th & 30th, 2019
The craft fair is upon us once again and we are looking forward to your participation in the Smithers Secondary Annual Craft Fair.
If you were a vendor at last year’s sale, you have the opportunity to reserve your space early. The Deadline for early registration cost of $35 per table is October 18th, the table cost will increase to $40 per table after this date. After this date, tables will be rented out on a first come first serve basis.
All vendors will have wall space; if signage needs to be hung, please place that in your requests and we will try and align your table with a bulletin board.
Bag-lunches will be available once again at a cost of $8.00 payable with your registration fee. Included will be a choice of sandwich, served with homemade soup and a dessert.
Please complete the registration form and submit rental fee to Smithers Secondary School as soon as possible. Payment can be made by cash/cheque or by debit machine here at the school. Please make cheques payable to Smithers Secondary School.

Registration will not be considered complete until fees have been received. Receipts will be issued at the time of payment in the SSS main office. For vendors registering by mail we will telephone to confirm receipt of payment.
Friday November 29th Set up time is from 4:30 pm to 6 pm and sale will start at 6 pm until 9 pm.
- No one will be allowed in the school until 4:30 pm to start their set up; the gym school doors will be locked.
Saturday November 30th The school doors will be open to the vendors at 8:30 am. The school doors will be open to the public from 9 am until 3 pm.
Please be set up by 6:00 pm and do not start packing up or closing down before the closing of the craft fair at 3:00 pm Saturday. Tables and two chairs will be supplied. Vendors must utilize their own tablecloths on all tables (this hides your inventory under the table). All tables will be placed against a wall with space beside table for vendors to sit; this is required for safety reasons with so many people attending the fair. Please do not extend your display beyond the designated space. If more space is needed please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. It may be possible to rent additional space.
